- Where product descriptions and manuals are available for the product, these will ship with the item from invertu.com. Further information or advice from invertu.com will be guidance only. Invertu Ltd. warrants that the goods meet the requirements for CE marking.
- Rates
- All prices in invertu.com are stated in either Euro, danish kroner (DKK) or British Pounds (£) including VAT and other taxes, duties etc. If you order from another EU country, you will pay UK VAT and no duty under the rules on free movement of goods within EU.
- Payment
- At invertu.com you can pay with all major credit/debit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro. The method of payment is done via a secure connection (https). The entered information is encrypted and can not be read by others. Map data is sent over an encrypted connection to the server. Security is marked with a small padlock at the bottom of the browser. invertu.com meets all the requirements stated from PayPal for a safe and secure payment at invertu.com. Therefore at no time do we have access to your card or banking information. Payment is made when items are ordered.
- Security
- When you pay by credit card, you are always protected against abuse. You always have the option to refuse payment when you receive your payment history. You have no deductibles in the event that your card is misused in an Internet shop that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment. You are thus better protected than in the physical world where you have an excess of £ 1,200 if your credit card being misused by the use of PIN. The data you submit in connection with purchases paid with credit card is encrypted (SSL) and only PayPal or the like have access to this information. Neither Invertu Ltd. or others have access to read the data.
- Delivery conditions
- Most items have a delivery time of 1 week or less (within EU). If possible we will always ship your entire order as one shipment should you have ordered more items. If an item is sold out, or a longer delivery time for some reason is expected, you will be informed accordingly by email. You will always have the option to cancel all or part of your purchase.
- Risk of goods
- The risk of goods purchased from Invertu Ltd. is transferred to you as a consumer at the time of delivery. Between sender (Invertu Ltd.) and receiver shipping company/agent is responsible for the goods.
- Shipping and handling fee
- Shipping and handling fee will be clearly shown at the checkout page. All prices of invertu.com includes freight within EU. There is free delivery to some countries within the EU, but otherwise the price of freight may vary from country to country and will be clearly displayed in the checkout proces.
- Receipt of goods (transport damage)
- It is important that you check your Item(s) when you receive your shipment from Invertu Ltd. Notification of damaged goods must be made to invertu.com 2 days after receipt. Invertu Ltd. is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. We always pack the goods with utmost care so that the risk of cargo damage is minimized, you must upon arrival of your order examine the shipment for transport damage. If the packaging is badly damaged you must refuse to accept the shipment. If the commodities in the shipment is damaged during transport, you must report this within 2 business days by sending an email to: support@invertu.com - remember to include your order number in the mail. The order number is indicated on the receipt you received from us immediately after ordering.
- Returns
- You have the option to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you physically receive the product(s). You are responsible for returning the Item(s) before this deadline. Please include your name, email-address, order number, invoice number and request for a refund if possible. If you paid for the Item)s) with credit card the amount will be returned to your bank account. If you made payment by bank transfer, the money will be refunded to the same bank account.
- Responsibility
- In order to shop at invertu.com you must be 18 years of age and agree with the terms and conditions governing trade on invertu.com. Invertu Ltd. is not liable for any delays by the freight forwarder. Invertu Ltd. is not responsible for any consequences of using goods and services on our website. Invertu Ltd. is subject to the then-current laws and regulations on product liability in UK and the EU.
- Reservations
- Invertu Ltd. are not liable in regards to availability, price changes, typos and errors. Please note that it may be difficult to reproduce colors correctly on the pictures, and prices may be subject to change without notice.
- Force majeure
- Seller is not obligated to provide or pay compensation to the buyer if delivery is impeded or made unduly difficult or expensive because of unforeseen obstacles that arise after closing. Examples of such barriers can be: natural disasters, mobilization, war, blockade, riots, conflicts, labor, energy crises, mechanical damage fire, epidemics, government action, including denial of export and import authorization and the introduction of deposit schemes. It is especially worth mentioning that this provision also covers the situation where the seller is unable to obtain normal, suitable transport facilities.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from invertu.com. Conditions apply in cases where no other written agreements exists between you as buyer and Invertu Ltd. This website is owned and operated by Invertu Ltd.
