What is replica furniture?

Replica furniture is an exact copy of the original designs. Our goal is that there is no significant difference between the originals and replicas in both dimensions and choice of materials. Invertu focuses on high quality products, and to help ensure this, we have our own quality-control process.

Invertu is dedicated to the idea that high quality replica designer furniture should be affordable and we are constantly working on expanding our range of available classic designer products - we constantly strive on expanding our range of stock items to be able to deliver replica designer furniture with delay.

What is the quality like?

We  produce our designer furniture replicas using only high-quality materials, and all of our furniture is manufactured by skilled and specialized labour. Where possible we always use the same production methods as the originals.

Leather is fx. hand sewn, and we have integrated our own quality-control program that helps ensure our high quality, as we continuously inspect and monitor the production process.

Is it legal?

Yes - 100%.
Legislation in countries like UK allows for the production and selling of replica designer furniture. We operate under the UK rule (article 52 in Copyright, Design and Patents Act) whereby protection for such designs lasts for only 25 years. This is the case for all off our items.

EU legislation allows for the free movement of products within EU, and therefore it is legal for you as a customer to buy - and for us as company to sell - our replica designer furniture from UK.

What is your return policy - can I withdraw?

Yes - you can always withdraw within 14 days.
When shopping at invertu.com you will always be able to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after physically receiving the product(s). You just need to return the product(s) within the 14 day period. The product(s) must be returned in the original packaging and items must appear as new, unused and in salable condition. Any damages will be deducted from a refund.

The original packaging must be in a condition that makes re-sale possible, as the packaging holds usefull information about the product as well as volume values. You are also requested to enclose information as your name, order number, invoice number and that you request a refund.

What is the delivery time?

5 days - within EU.
Products marked with  green pricetags  are in stock and ready for immediate shipping to you. The shipping time for these items are 5 weekdays (within EU). This applies to most of our products.

Products marked with  yellow pricetags  are Special Order items with varying shipping times. See the specific product pages for more information about the shipping time.

How much is the delivery cost?

It's free within UK.

Any shipping fee will always be clearly stated in the Checkout process before the purchase. If you have special orders or wishes you can write us at support@invertu.com and we will contact you for further details.

Customs duty and VAT

Do I have to pay duty (within EU) - No. When buying products from a country within the EU paying customs duty does not apply.

Do I have to pay duty (outside EU) - Depending on your country of residence you might be eligible to pay customs duty. Residents outside the EU will get the UK VAT automatically deducted from their bill while a one-off £30 charge will be applied and added to your shipping costs due to administration and handling fees. Once the products reach their destination the local VAT has to be cleared, before the goods can continue to their final destination. The process is very simple and the customer has to do little (paying the local VAT when contacted) as this is handled by the shipping company who will contact the customer once the customs requirements have been clear.

What about VAT - No extra costs whether VAT, or other charges, will be added to your order when you shop with invertu.com.
All prices stated on the website are the end prices you pay. Only shipping costs and discounts, where applicable, can change the end price. 
All prices include UK VAT, which represents 20% of the stated price.
